I just found your site through Localharvest. We live in Plumas Lake, about 15 minutes S of Marysville. Anyway, your blog is so interesting. We would love some of your pastured meats–but also I was wondering if you ever do farm visits with random strangers? Our kids would love to see all the animals you have. We are military and so we’ve never been able to keep livestock so far, but it is great to read about your adventures.

Easiest way is to come to the Yuba City Certified Farmers Market on Saturday from 8-noon, at the fountain in the Town Center. Otherwise, email me, speech @ thespeechworks . com and set up a time to come out to the farm.
We don’t sell by the piece, but by the whole/half for pork. 3.50/lb based on hanging weight (no hide, no head) and then you pay the butcher directly for his part.
