Pastured Pork

Our pigs are raised outside, on pasture. They have free-choice access to grains and garden leftovers and they move every few days to a new pasture where they enjoy rooting around and tilling the soil for us. You can reserve a whole pig or split a pig with a friend. Don’t have a friend who wants a half pig? We can match your order with someone who wants to split a pig with you. Our pigs are raised to a target weight of 200-250 pounds, live weight, which yields approximately 120-150 pounds of meat. A half pig will provide, on average, 60-75 pounds of meat.
